  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING POLICY?
    NO REFUNDS. We require our clients to provide more than >48 hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule their appointment without any fees. Fees For Canceling/Rescheduling Appointments Outside Of Our >48 Hours Notice Window: Between =24-48 hours notice: Clients will be subject to a fee of 50% the full training session price in order to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Less than <24 hours notice: Clients will be subject to a fee of 100% the full training session price in order to cancel or reschedule their appointment. All no-call no-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% the full priced training session. All fees must be paid upfront, before booking another appointment.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE?
    Running late cuts into training time and will not be made up. Out of respect to your Coach and other Clients whose appointments follow yours, we kindly ask that the Client plans accordingly and shows up on time to their scheduled appointments. Regardless of the actual session length given, the Client will still be charged 100% for the "full" session. If the Client happens to run late, it is their responsibility to inform the Coach. If the Coach does not see or hear from the Client 20 minutes after the scheduled training time, the Client will be considered a no-call / no-show. The Coach will then have permission to leave, and the Client's training session will expire. The Client will be still be charged 100% for the session.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY TRAINING SESSION?
    -Closed Toe Shoes -Breathable, Comfortable, Gym-Suitable Clothing -Water
  • SHOULD I EAT BEFORE MY TRAINING SESSION?
    Yes! We recommend eating a light/moderate meal 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to your training session time. At this time, please intake carbohydrates to improve performance.
  • HOW LONG IS THE XII FIT PROGRAM?
    To ensure enough time to see results, our XII FIT online program is 12 weeks long.
