Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, leading to necessary schedule adjustments. To ensure the smooth running of our operations, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than a 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the reserved services. Additionally, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and the same cancellation fee will apply. Rest assured, we are committed to finding another convenient time for your service.
To secure your appointment, we require a credit card hold. Any cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file, ensuring accountability and fairness.
